The bathroom was a standout feature - modern and well-lit. the hotel's strategic location near Bryant Park and dining spots made exploring the city effortless. Despite the billing hiccups, the overall experience was satisfactory for a business-focused visit to NYC. The 24-hour reception and business amenities cater perfectly to corporate needs; However, clearer billing procedures would enhance the stay for fellow business travelers. Hotel MELA's blend of convenience and comfort make it a suitable choice for those mixing work and travel.
